6 oz strawberry jello
1 1/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup iced water
4 cups sliced firm strawberries

Instructions

1. To make the crust, crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with the melted butter and optional red, white, and blue sprinkles.
2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish to form an even crust. Chill to set.
3. For the blueberry cheesecake layer, dissolve the berry blue gelatin in boiling water. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
4. Blend the Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries together, then stir into the cooled gelatin mixture.
5. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
6. Gently fold in the gelatin mixture, then fold in the whipped cream.
7. Spread evenly over the chilled crust and refrigerate or freeze until set.
8. For the strawberry jello layer, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water, then cool with iced water to reach room temperature.
9. Arrange the sliced firm strawberries over the set cheesecake layer in the dish.
10. Pour the cooled strawberry jello mixture over the strawberries, ensuring even coverage.
11. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight until fully set.
12. Before serving, top with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles or additional fresh fruit.

Notes

πŸ“ Use firm strawberries to keep the layers distinct and prevent sogginess.
⏰ Prepare a day in advance due to the long chilling times required for setting.
🫐 Opt for fresh, ripe berries for the best flavor and a visually appealing presentation.
