Ingredients

– ½ tablespoon celery seed (or finely diced celery)
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
– 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
– 1 shallot, diced (onion can be used instead)
– 1 cup frozen peas, thawed (canned peas can also be used)
Instructions
1-Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions.
2-Drain the tuna well while the pasta cooks.
3-Mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, celery seed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
4-Stir the tuna into the dressing mixture.
5-Drain and cool the macaroni, then add it to a large bowl with the dressing.
6-Mix in the chopped eggs, diced shallot, and thawed peas.
