1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar for 2-3 minutes until smooth and combined.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
