– White corn tortillas

– 1 cup white cheese dip, cubed

– 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained of a little juice from the top

2-Next: heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it. Add the cubed chicken and season it with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon dried cilantro. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.

3-Once the chicken is done, add the 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained of a little juice from the top, and the 1 cup of cubed white cheese dip.
