Instructions

1. Gather all your ingredients and prepare your kitchen for cooking.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your chosen pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water for later use.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. Add more oil to the same skillet if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant. Then, stir in sun-dried tomatoes and a splash of chicken broth to deglaze the pan.
