Ingredients
30 Golden Oreo cookies (including filling)
5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
3 packages (8 ounces each) softened cream cheese
1 Β½ cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
ΒΌ cup sour cream
1 Β½ teaspoons vanilla extract
ΒΌ cup all-purpose flour
Gel food colorings: neon pink, orange, purple, yellow, green, blue
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Line a 9Γ13-inch pan with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix in the melted butter and press the mixture into the pan. Bake for 11 minutes.
Place a large sheet pan filled with water on the bottom rack to create steam.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour, and beat again. Carefully mix in the eggs.
Separate 3 cups of batter into 6 bowls (Β½ cup each). Color each portion with different gel food colorings.
Pour the remaining batter onto the cooled crust. Randomly drop spoonfuls of the colored batters onto the plain batter. Swirl colors gently with a knife.
Bake for 50-55 minutes on the rack above the steaming water. The center should have a slight jiggle.
Cool at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours until fully chilled.
