1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 banana (optional)
A handful of spinach or kale (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions

3. Blend Until Smooth: Start the blender on low speed, increasing gradually until the mixture is creamy without chunks. If needed, add more orange juice or milk for a thinner consistency and blend again.
4. Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie. If it’s not sweet enough, add more honey or agave, or increase liquid if too thick. Blend again for evenness.
