Ingredients

Instructions
1. Flatten the chicken by placing each piece between two sheets of plastic wrap or inside a zip-top bag. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to gently pound until about ½ inch thick, ensuring even cooking.
2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel to help the coating adhere properly.
3. In a shallow dish, mix freshly grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs of your choice (panko or regular). Add seasonings such as garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You can also include optional ingredients like parsley or lemon zest.
