Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

2–2.5 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1–3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Optional vegetables: broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, or celery
Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper.
