Ingredients
2 refrigerator pie crusts (thawed)
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
6 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 Β½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar for the glaze
1 to 2 tablespoons milk for the glaze
Optional: corn starch or sweet rice flour for rolling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Dust a surface with corn starch or sweet rice flour, if desired, and roll out pie crust into a 6Γ12 inch rectangle.
3. Brush with half of the melted butter.
