16 oz hot fudge topping
16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
Β½ cup lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
Β½ cup mini M&M’s
Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling
Optional: sea salt caramel sauce for drizzling


Instructions

1. Arrange 12 ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish, trimming them as necessary to fit. Spread half of the hot fudge topping evenly over this layer.
2. Spread half of the thawed whipped topping over the fudge layer. Place another 12 ice cream sandwiches on top, pressing gently to fit.
3. Spread the remaining hot fudge and whipped topping over the second layer of sandwiches. Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts and mini M&M’s.
4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and salted caramel sauce if desired. Freeze the cake until the drizzle hardens, then cover and return to the freezer for about 3 hours to firm up completely.
5. To serve, warm a knife under hot water and use it to easily slice through the cake.
