½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
2 ¾ cups (330g to 350g) powdered sugar, sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1 to 2 tablespoons whole milk or heavy cream, room temperature
Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9-12 inch round or springform pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
