Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles, until browned. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. Mince the fresh garlic finely if using or prepare the garlic powder.
4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about ΒΌ inch thick, ensuring the dough is even and not stretched too thin.
5. Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the dough, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
