Instructions

1. Start by cutting the fresh salmon into bite-sized chunks, removing any skin for a tender texture.
2. Drizzle the salmon chunks with olive oil or sesame oil in a mixing bowl to help the seasonings stick and promote crispiness.
3. Season the salmon evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper or Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss lightly to coat.
4. Choose your cooking method:
– For air frying: Preheat the air fryer to 390-400°F. Place salmon chunks in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
– For baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
– For broiling: Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with tin foil. Broil the salmon chunks for about 8 minutes until perfectly crispy.
