Instructions

1. Gather all your ingredients: softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, cherry pie filling, egg roll wrappers, and oil for frying.
2. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon rind, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the cream cheese mixture and a dollop of cherry pie filling onto the center.
4. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling. Then fold the sides in, and roll tightly to form the egg roll. Use water to seal the top corner.
