🌟🧀 Perfect for busy nights or snacks, these cheesy taco sticks bring joy to every bite—deliciousness made simple and fun! 🌮

Ingredients

Ground beef (1 pound, lean)
Taco seasoning (1 packet, store-bought or homemade)
Refrigerated pizza dough (1 tube, Pillsbury or homemade equivalent)
Cheese sticks (Colby Jack, Cheddar, or Pepper Jack, cut in half)
Butter (melted, for coating)
Garlic powder (for butter mix)
Dried parsley (for butter mix)
Optional diced tomatoes (for additional flavor)
Optional minced garlic (for additional flavor)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F to ensure even cooking and a golden-brown crust.
2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add a packet of taco seasoning to the cooked beef, mixing thoroughly. Let it simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
4. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangular shape and cut it into 10-12 smaller rectangles, depending on the desired size of each stick.
5. Place a portion of seasoned taco meat and half a cheese stick in the center of each dough rectangle.
6. Fold the dough over the meat and cheese, pinching the edges to seal. Place the sticks seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the prepared taco sticks.
8. Bake the taco sticks in the preheated oven for 10-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Remove the cheesy taco sticks from the oven and serve them warm with salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dip.
10. Enjoy these delicious appetizers or snacks with family and friends!
