1 Take a small bottle or jar, add approximately 10 pieces of classic pink bubblegum, and fill the container with white rum, ensuring the bubblegum is completely submerged. Seal the jar and let it sit overnight, stirring or shaking occasionally for even flavor distribution.
2 Spread a small amount of pink frosting around the rim of your glass and, for extra flair, dip the frosted rim into crushed bubblegum candies or pink sugar.
3 Prepare the pink layer by blending 2 oz (60ml) of bubblegum-infused rum, 2 oz (60ml) of cream of coconut, and ice until smooth. Set this aside.
4 Prepare the white layer by blending 2 oz (60ml) of regular white rum, 2 oz (60ml) of cream of coconut, and ice until smooth.
5 Begin assembling the drink by carefully pouring the pink blend into the prepared glass to fill about halfway, then slowly add the white blend. For an alternate appearance, repeat the layers carefully using the back of a spoon to maintain separation.
6 Place a lollipop on the rim of the glass or inside the drink as a garnish and sprinkle extra crushed bubblegum candies on top if desired.
